In collaboration with Annalene Conde and Cedric Davis for our student project we aimed to recreate the Mythomagic game found in the Percy Jackson & the Olympians book series by Rick Riordan.
For this collaborative student project, I created the logo, three illustration and collaborated with Annalene and Cedric on the layout of the cards.
For the logo, I gained inspiration from the original Greek alphabet and stylistic calligraphy logos. I decided to leave the T as a sword, as seen in the original logo, making it fit into the new style of the typeface.
Annalene added in the gold effects and a blue gem to the logo that was later placed the box layout and manual layout made by Cedric.
For the cards, Annalene and I decided on an art style for our board game. While I focused on making the layout for the front of the cards as well as the characters Zeus, Poseidon, and the Manticore, Annalene made Hades and Athena as well as the layout for the back of the cards. Adding in the wreath made by Cedric and using that to represent the power levels of each character.
